Gift Experience FAQ Replies

A.	Is there a time limit to use the gift packs? We normally say that the voucher should be redeemed within a period of 6 months from the day of purchase. However, we will use our descretion beyond this time as long as proof of purchase can be supplied.   Back To FAQ
A.	What do the gift packs consist of? Each pack consists of a blank printed CD in a DVD style case, a voucher with the voucher number on it, an info sheet with booking details and what to expect on your session, and finally, info on how to view our online backing track database (if it's a Karaoke Singer or Superstar Singer pack).   Back To FAQ
A.	I would like to purchase a pack for someone's birthday but would like to have it delivered to a different address. Is this possible?   As long as payment has been cleared we will send the pack anywhere in the UK. Please note that cheque payments will need adequate time to clear before the pack can be sent.   Back To FAQ
A.	Some of the packs give an option to burn more CD copies. How much does this cost?   It depends on what you want. Broadwood also does CD duplication with onbody printing and there are a range of options available. Please contact us for details.   Back To FAQ
A.	How quickly can I expect to receive the pack?   We normally ask to you toallow 7 days for delivery but we will normally send the pack to you within 2 days of the order.   Back To FAQ
A.	How do we book up our day?   Booking details are included with the gift packs but to book your day either phone or email us stating your voucher number and, in the case of the karaoke Singer or Superstar Singer packs, your chosen backing tracks that you want to perform to.   Back To FAQ
A.	We don't live near your area, can you arrange accomodation for us?   We won't actually arrange accomodation for you but we will supply you with details of local hotels, b&b's etc for you to contact. There is a Travel Inn about 5 mins drive from the studio that is very reasonable and popular.   Back To FAQ
A.	What do we do about backing tracks for the Karaoke and Superstar Singer Packs?   In your Gift Pack will be details of how to search our online database for current songs that we have in stock for you to perform to. If you can't access it, or don't have internet access, just call us and we'll send you a songlist via regular mail. Alternatively, just contact us with any songs that you would like to do and we'll do our best to get them (at no charge) if we don't already have them.   Back To FAQ
A.	Do you supply the Lyrics for the Karaoke and Superstar Singer packs?   Yes, we can supply them for you. However, to maximise your experience day, we recommend that you try and obtain them yourself beforehand and have a little practice to familiarise yourself with the song.   Back To FAQ
A.	I was bought a gift experience voucher but I don't want to do it. Can I have a refund?   I'm afraid we cannot offer refunds as a matter of course but this does not affect your statutory rights. If you return your pack within 7 days of purchase you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will only be given to the purchaser.
A.	Can I bring people along with me to watch on my experience day?span>   Yes you can! A comfortable amount of spectators would be four people. However, if you want more people to come along just let us know on your booking day. Tea and coffee is provided for everyone!!
