All standard delivery products are shipped Royal Mail. Overnight or Saturday deliveries are made via our courier APC. Various shipping rates and delivery options are available and the price shown includes packaging as well as the delivery option price. Overnight and Saturday deliveries can be tracked via the APC Website. You will be notified via email when your product ships and the email will include a tracking number if shipped via APC.
Please note that, due to the nature of the product, we will not ship the Experience Packages overseas unless the recipient of the pack actually resides in the UK OR the recipient is made aware that these Gift Packs can only be redeemed in the UK. Proof must be supplied in writing before Gift Packs are sent overseas.
