Flexibility, Refunds and Cancellations
Each Gift Pack Experience contains a blank printed CD in a DVD style case, a voucher with the voucher number on it (which must be quoted when making a booking), an information sheet with booking details and what to expect at your session as well as information on how to view our online backing track database (applicable to Karaoke Singer or Superstar Singer pack). Broadwood Music Productions Ltd will take no responsibility for any loss you may incur as a result of voucher theft, impersonation or identity fraud.
The voucher expiry date will usually be six months from the date of purchase. We will however use our discretion beyond this time as long as proof of purchase can be supplied.
You will need to book your experience by either phoning or emailing us stating your voucher number and, in the case of the Karaoke Singer or Superstar Singer packs, your chosen backing tracks that you wish to perform to.
Refunds
We are happy to make refunds on unbooked vouchers within seven days of purchase, after this date we are unable to offer refunds due the nature of the vouchers. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the Gift Pack Experience.
Cancellations
Should you need to re-schedule or cancel a booking you have already made, we will always do our best to help. We usually require cancellations to be confirmed at least seven days before the Gift Pack Experience date and we will notify you of any variations to this cancellation period at the time of booking.
Sometimes we have to cancel a Gift Pack Experience for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, Broadwood Music Productions Ltd is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled Gift Pack Experience.
Experience Content
The information provided by Broadwood Music Productions Ltd in our Gift Pack Experiences is correct at the time of print. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Current details of each experience are available on our website.
Mixing Engineer Packs
The Mixing Engineer packs are intended as a ‘hands on studio experience’ only and in no way relate to any formal education or recognised syllabus. The certificate given on completion of the four modules or with the Total Engineer Pack is not issued by any formal body or educational establishment and is intended to give the recipient a reference that they have completed two days work experience with Broadwood Music Productions Ltd at their recording studio facility.
Other Terms & Conditions
All prices quoted in our promotional literature and on our website are correct at the time of publication. Broadwood Music Productions Ltd does not charge VAT. We reserve the right to increase the price of any Gift Pack Experience without notice. You will be notified of any price increase before you place an order.
Data Protection
Broadwood Music Productions Ltd complies with each of the eight principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. Those principles require that data is:
- fairly and lawfully processed
- processed for limited purposes
- adequate, relevant and not excessive
- accurate
- not kept longer than necessary
- processed in accordance with the data subject’s rights
- secure
- not transferred outside the EU without adequate protection.
Delivery
Postage and packaging is £2.50 and sent by first class post or £5.50 for Next Day Delivery provided the order is placed before 12.00pm. Packs are normally sent within two working days of receipt of payment. Please allow up to seven days for delivery. For cheque payments and bank transfers we will send the Gift Pack Experience after payment has successfully cleared.
All Gift Pack Experiences can be sent to you, directly to the recipient, or to another address at your request. If any of these goes astray in the post, we will provide a duplicate free of charge.
